I think there should a place for only the staff and person with the help or situation to talk at in discord. Having just staff assistance with multiple talking in to one person can sometimes make the situation more intense then it should be. It would be a lot more calming and easy to deal with if there was another channel in the discord for it.
I think its impossible to do this, unless you use DM's but then if you DM someone who is asleep at that time, then another staff member who is available would've been able to answer it quicker. I may be wrong but I don't know..
Eh, really "#staff-assistance" is our discord is there because its open freely, we just moderate and generally remove unnecessary content. We have had previous discussions of implementing "#staff-assistance" in-game cross platform with discord; however, we're still just thinking about it.
