Open Item reset

I'm really not surea bout the title lol.
Anyway, I think it would be cool if there was a way to reset the item to its orignial former with the orginal name and enchants because some players can sell you an item but its renamed yet you wanted it with thre original name, also sometimes player lower the level of enchants you can't get in vanilla. So I think if there could be a way to get the item back in its original form it would be really nice

 

I want my carrot hoe to not be the code of greenbean instead of greenbean or whatever the name was before i used the rename... and also my stradust rod.
