A GUI menu where you can enable/disable options on a player by player basis: /auto and /god remember whether they are on or off when a player disconnects but /fly does not. Options to 'remember' each these states. Options to enable/disable AFK, votes, and fishing contest messages in a users chat. That's all I can think of at the moment but I'm sure there could be plenty of individual user options that would make for a more consistent user experience.
