Resolved Wheat tool at tutorial

    Description: The portion of tutorial on potato that has players give the villager 15 organic wheat in exchange for a tool seems to not work for me. As far as I know, I haven't claimed the tool before. I tried it on carrot and there was no issue.
    Server: Potato
    Expected behavior: Exchange 15 organic wheat to receive a tool
    Steps to reproduce: Right click the villager with 15 organic wheat at tutorial.
    How long ago was the bug introduced?: I saw it today.

    Just to build off this, I tested it on default 1.16.5, 1.17.1, and 1.18.1 versions on Potato, the issue still exists on those versions.

    The issue is resolved along-side the wheat not being breakable to new players.
