Howdy! I had purchased the Hero rank from the shop and I believe I was at the Growlord rank. Today I logged in and I am showing as default and no Hero rank. All of the perks with Hero Rank are gone as well so it's not just a visual bug. Tried restarting Minecraft, just to be on the safe side and that did not work. Unfortunately, I don't have anything to prove any of this so I'm hoping ya'll have records of purchases at least. I can get myself back up to growlord pretty easily. Let e know whats up. Thanks all!
The server reset in January. Fill out this form to get your donor rank back, but I don't think you can get your in-game rank back.
If you've played the server after January 5th 2018, then please respond saying so. If not, fill out the form that Chickencharm sent.
Yup, I did get my coupon a couple months ago after the reset and I did purchase the Hero after the reset. I can say I had the Hero this past weekend for sure and yesterday it was gone.
