i believe you should be able to ping only mods like you are able to do for srmods. maybe add a @mods ping for smaller issues instead of pinging a single moderator or srmod
You shouldn't need to ping mods at all. The staff assistance channel exists to get their attention, pinging is unnecessary and bothers mods while they're busy imo.
Most mods including me have it so we receive notifications from staff-assistance! If someone does not reply it typically means all staff members are unable to at the time and we will reply to it when we see it! Additionally, you may always ping me personally and I will respond when I see it! I've also gone ahead and enabled the @moderator ping for now. I recommend using it sparingly as we already get notified if we're on our computers! You also may always do @Admin!
i didn’t know @admins was an available command. thanks for letting me know. it’s just that when there are small things on, say discord, for spam it would be nice to just ping mods since different time zones and stuff. i’ll ping you next time if i remember though. thanks for overseeing this and doing @moderators! id only use that if there were smaller things! i have only used @srmod once with a large spam bit in #general that was telling people to spam it on other servers
