Donor tags (ULT, HERO, APR) are pretty bland, and don't get used much because of it, so I mocked some gradient ones to spice it up a little. I think in /tags, you should be able to choose which rank tag you want to display, i.e. ULTS can display HERO and APR if they want. The new implementation would allow players to choose between the single colour donor tags and the new gradiented ones, so OG players that like the old look can still use it. P.S. Sauce thinks the &k crazy letters should be added to the donor tags to make them more special but that's a choice for staff, I'm not bound to that suggestion, fight sauce not me please! Each tag I made a gradient that goes lighter and darker. The main thing this will allow is for donors to display their rank without losing the cool gradients other suffixes can provide.
I like idea, it makes them stand out and people might be like "WOW GRADIENT? LEMME BUY" when they see it yknow? LOL definitely a stretch but it might be more.. appetizing (if thats the correct word) to some folk.
totally not me but secondly they do look nice, idk if they're bold but bold and or italics would look nice as well.
Oooo I like this a lot. I was pretty dissapointed with how the rank tags looked when I got my rank so I definetly agree that they need an upgrade. As for the &k thing, I like it but I feel like it should be exclusive to Ults. That way the people who spent more will stand out more
ability to customize the colors of the rank tags? the ones that are purchased with actual money at least. probably not but in my opinion it would be cooler than just having a solid color or one color gradient
I feel like ARP and UTL is too short for a good looking gradient but I do like the hero options you provided
ARP… UTL… APR* ULT* lol butters. you could probably still do some decent gradients like i had when i had a short /nick on, same with how brenaaaaaa had theirs
I think this is a pretty good suggestion, but I don't think people with a higher rank should be able to use the lower tags because it suggests that they are a lower rank than they are and removes some of the meaning from the tag
They wouldn't be able to use the lower tags, the system will stay the same, the colors will just be a different color.
