Ive seen another server introduce a /itemlock feature It basicly makes you unable to drop your items or move them in your inventory I think that would kinda fix players dropping their Items. However it would probably require a scheduled anoucement like the /helpme thing Have a good day
This would be an okay idea; however, we try not to mess with code that interacts with the player inventory to prevent item loss. You're correct in saying this could reduce the loss of different items but it'll spike in items being visually glitched in the player inventory thus reporting more tools going missing.
