Open Block Teleport Enchantment in Claims unless Trusted

    Using the Teleport enchant on either the toy bow or grappling hook, you are able to move through walls and escape pwarps. This can be fixed by blocking the use of the teleport enchant in claims where you are not trusted similar to how ender pearls are already blocked.
