I'd like to open up this forum post to discuss everyone's overall opinion on the staff within the recent months. I know some of you have a negative view on staff and we want to gain the knowledge of why so we can co-operate with you and give you clarification towards anything you find questionable to our title. Please answer the following questions: 1. Do you ever feel like staff has gone above their position? (Have they ever caused discomfort towards you or other players?) 2. In recent chat history, do you think that staff has abused their powers or have given people unrealistic punishments based on offences? Please answer both of these questions as honestly as you can to give the staff a more clarifying perspective of the player. Thank you!
1) I think that the staff are fine, they haven't caused any discomfort from where I see it, but that's just my personal opinion. 2) I think in recent chat history, staff don't abuse their powers, but rarely some have to make the entire server suffer due to one person's actions. Although I know this is to prevent any more outbreak of said troubles, it tends to be annoying. Luckily it doesn't happen as much, as said before
The thing I am going to say about this is that yes we do have to put some tension on the rest of the server/players, but that is only because in multiple occasions, people who are seeing clear staff disrespect deem it necessary to them to chime in and follow that person. I agree that it is annoying to do and to see, but we are trying to secure a calm stable community. Thank you for your honesty.
1. I have only ever had a problem with one staff member, but they are no longer staff so no not any of the staff members that are still staff. 2. As far as I have seen in chat, staff members have given fair punishments according to the posted rules.
Was that based on what they did or what you did? Did you do something to upset them or did they do something to upset you? Thank you for checking the rules to make sure that we aren't abusing the punishment guidelines. Thank you for your honesty!
It was a long time ago and it was based on two things that they did. I can't think of anything I did to upset them but I'm fine with the way things are now because they are just a normal player now and I have ignored them.

Within these 2 weeks of being on this server, I've noticed that staffs on this server are amazing. Not only are they active, fun but also very willing to help. I've had a few issues which were immediately dealt with by the staff team without a problem. 2. In recent chat history, do you think that staff has abused their powers or have given people unrealistic punishments based on offences? No. I've witness some chat nonsense and the punishments given to those who were part of it are fair. Keep it up <3 B)
The staff here are fine, they tend towards being a little on the lenient side if you ask me. In chat they always give multiple warnings before taking action . So all in all I like the way they run things .
I agree that we are a bit forgiving towards something that people say or do. We are all just trying to give everyone a chance to redeem themselves. Thank you for your post
1. Not that I have noticed. Although I ever only see Trainees, but that's just because of the time difference. 2. I agree with Bioheat1969 on this. Staff wait a bit too long sometimes to mute or kick a player that says inappropriate things. Other than that, I'd say the punishments are fair.

I think you all misunderstood me , I'm not criticizing when I say staff is a bit lienient . To the contrary it's a good thing , a light touch goes much further when dealing with people .
1. No not really, they're alright people most of the time 2. The only problem i see is that most of the time when there is someone spamming or something, you guys mute the whole chat and not mute the person who is spamming
We do that only because we don't want other people to start. Because it's like the butterfly effect. Once one person sees someone doing it they automatically assume that they can do it too. So we do it as a preventive measure.
