Invasive species have had a large effect on my community where I live, our lakes are infested with a species called Asian Carp which taste horrible and kill off the good tasting fish. A great idea for an event would be to create a series of challenges of catching invasive fish! For example, 10 fish-prize 50 fish-prize 100 fish- Prize 250 fish- prize 500 fish-prize There could be all sorts of new cosmetics to unlock during this event. This idea is expanding but would work for the Christmas season Christmas would be catching Grinch fish
I think its a good idea but there are a lot more important things than fishing and with fishing JUST having an update I personally don't think fishing needs anymore work done until Christmas. Maybe the idea of a Turkey fish or something would be cool as a side to the xmas update.
I think this idea would work great, but the numbers should be bumped waaaay higher to make the event worth while, to having to catch like, 100 fish for prize 1. Make it more of a challenge to get the stuff. Could even be some of those Jerry-Themed fish to make it relevant to PF.
I think that, instead of having it as an event, this idea would be a fantastic addition as a set of achievements. Could have it be for each catagory of fish as well, one set for Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.
