The issue has been identified as lag protection with another plugin. Since your inventory was full the carrots dropped the ground which works sometimes with the possibility of being whipped for lag protection. Looking to make a change where only one item can be decompressed at a time like the /decomp command for ULT users.
The issue has been resolved the decomp GUI now acts like the /decomp command decompressing one item at a time as this was a slight oversight.
