People pay money for ranks on this server, and that's awesome. I'll join such ranks someday. That said, all you get to show for that rank in chat is a suffix, and lets be real: there are waaaay cooler suffixes out there. If at all possible, I'd like to formally suggest that the brackets surrounding your progression rank (i.e. prestige+, gardener+++, etc) be colored depending on your rank following the suffix colors for apprentice, hero, and ultimate. It would be a nonintrusive way to expand on the information in the rank section of someones name, while allowing them to at last show off how awesome they are by spending real money on the server without giving up a sweet sweet suffix. attached is an example image.
I like this idea not really for the flexing part but it would make helping players easier if we know what rank they have(if any). If we know someone has ult and needed help with compressing or decompressing items we could tell them to use /dcomp and /comp instead of going through gbm.
I think this is a really good idea, I share the same thoughts as GodOfSandwiches and I'm glad you thought of this!
