I had this idea ages ago but I don't think it would work however I'll still put it as a suggestion. I was thinking of having voice chat in the game since there is a mod for that and would probably be easier to talk to someone if nearby or at the same place, but it probably won't work since if won't be working with the rules of the server.
as far as I know, in-game voice chat requires every player to install the mod and us changing our server software. It's a good idea, too bad it would require so much work
