I got into an argument with the staff this evening about a simple redstone timer because they said it was a "lag machine" despite several people using it, along with the timer itself being one of the lag friendliest. Here's a quick video explaining why.
I'm aware of the rules, I was informed that a lag friendly timer that the staff had seen multiple people using was banned for lag machine, but an actual potential lag machine timer was not.
You may indeed show us what farm you're talking about that potentially could get you banned. Farms i.e nano farms, 3x3 farms that generate crops within an x amount of time is what we prohibit. Farms similar to this are banned only because of how they're intended to run similar to those other farms and because its a truly unfair advantage and not what the server entail or encourage. If you'd like more information about this then please do let me know. Planning to change the rules, this will hold more information and detail.
I was using the timer along with a repeater for a bone meal flower farm that several other people had used for herbalism levels.
