Open Bats Are Not Spawning

    Description: When in a room without light and after waiting for bats to spawn they don't spawn.
    Server: Potato
    Expected behavior: Bats spawn normally after waiting 10 minutes.
    Steps to reproduce: Wait in a dark room for bats to spawn.
    How long ago was the bug introduced?: I first noticed on 07/23/22

    They seem to be spawning now
