    Bubbles' Spooktacular Skin Competition!
    This Ghoulishly Good event will be coming to pf October 28th so get your costumes ready!
    Me and BubbleTeaDragon will be your jaunty judges!
    This event is to show off your marvellous costumes! This means even the small decorations!

    ★Armour
    ★Pets
    And even disguises are all allowed as part of this event!
    ★Hop on down and give your hosts a horribly frightful decision★
