I already did it.. as the post says.. as i found out after i posted by the owner, it's already been dealt with.
After you complete the coupon form, it takes a while. What I did is I went to the discord chat, go there the Manager b0ii(His Discord is called Ky). He helped me out and gave me my rank back. When you go to the Discord chat, click staff assistance and ask them that. Try that, it is easier and faster because there will always be one staff there ready to help,
