Bought a donor rank yesterday, got the key went to the crates and used it. The crate spun for a while but then got stuck and I didn't receive anything. Not sure if its a bug or if you can actually 'win' nothing. I have no evidence but if it's a bug pls fix it so it doesn't happen to anyone else Thank Y

Are you positive it isn't stored in your /crates inventory, sure you never misplaced any items? never got item that stacked onto others i.e spawners? did you misplace it by accident? Have you got any screenshots to provide of that moment? was it reported at that exact moment also?
I checked all of the /crate claim etc, and I had pretty much only just started so had nothing of value in my inventory. I did have a look at possible prizes too to see if I did mistake and I looked around on the floor in case it dropped but nop I did report it around 10 minutes after it happened so I could triple check all the places it could be, I don't have screenshots only the description of what happened. I don't want anything replaced though, just didn't want it to happen again
Could've been a glitch and it hasn't happened since, if you do experience this again please make sure to either message staff on Peaceful Farms discord or myself, provide screenshots or logs.. whatever suits you and we'll see what we can do from there Thank you for reporting, we'll have a look to see what we can do to prevent future possibilities of this happening again!
