Inactive Dragon Fight; No Damage Bug

    The bug is just the fact of not being able to damage to dragon during the boss fight. I have a video of sword and bow hit to the dragon with no damage occurring.

    Server: Potato, didn't test on Carrot

    I expect to be able to do damage to the dragon, but couldn't.
    To reproduce simply spawn the dragon, and then try to hit them.
    I have footage of the bug, but cant upload it because of the file size limit, message me on discord for the footage. Kodex#3101
