Just crafted the Dragon's Claw hoe, and went to test it out on some nether warts but it wasn't working. Waffle also tested it for me, and it didn't work for them either.
If you ask a SrMod or Admin they can replace it with a working one. Odd that a fresh one was broken, I'll look into it
