Many people do not know a lot of what the custom enchants do, so maybe a command that tells you what each enchant does? /enchanthelp Has a list of custom and/or vanilla enchants and what each do Will help many players I think
If you type /enchant while holding the tool you wish to enchant it'll tell you all the enchants that are available for that tool, so in a way, what you recommend has already been done¡
