Heyo! So, there is actually a local chat, just do /local. Also, just do /party to chat in party as their is no town chat I believe, but I am may wrong. Also, I don't see the point of a trade shop. If you want to trade something with someone, you can do it in a private location as scamming isn't allowed or just bid it on the auction house (/ah). Anyways, I will look more on town chat as I am not sure. This server does use the GriefPrevention plugin, which I am pretty sure their isn't no Towny. We already currently have a local chat and I believe that's enough to have. You also have access to having a party chat if you're in a party which would be similar to town chat. I'll be denying this suggestion due to that. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to ask me.
