I was doing some exploring in the nether earlier today and came across something interesting. Twisted Vines, from the warped forest biome, have an "Organic Produce" variant. I tried it on multiple other things including Weeping Vines, from the crimson forest, and it doesn't happen. These aren't a sellable crop in /prices so I'm not sure why they have an organic type. If I get some feedback I may actually make a suggestion to make this sellable crops.
