Have you leveled up your party level to where it unlocks at? You can do this by ranking up mcmmo skills (I recommend herbalism) and then your party level will go up and should unlock it for you. I also suggest using this format to then make it easier for staff so see the issue and how to reproduce the bug.
Hi! So, the /p plugin is not the same as the actual partychat. /pc Is the command that you'd want to use. (/pc [message]) or (/pc) to toggle.
