    Hello all,
I was just wondering since tomorrow is veterans day in the US, if the staff of Peaceful Farms could hold an event in honor of the active players since version 1.0 of the server. This would mean that any player who joined when Kaynine was the owner and is still active could be noticed in the community of Peaceful Farms.

I have been playing since version 1.0 of this server and I am still active to this day.
Thanks and have a great day.

I don't really think this would've made sense to celebrate? For one; It would've had to have been pre-planned and not posted today ( 11/11 )

and for two; The definition of Veterans Day is a rememberance and honor day of US veterans/victims or all wars, So playing a minecraft server for a long time doesn't exactly equal the same thing, ya know?

I feel like a better idea for this would be to celebrate yearly on the anniversary of Peaceful Farms, rather than taking another holiday and making it something different :D

Veteran’s Day (or similar holidays) is celebrated on different days of the year in different countries. Having an event for it on one specific day or even a week or month wouldn’t be very inclusive of our players from all over the world. This is also why we don’t have events for holidays that only apply to one country, such as Thanksgiving (America). Just a thought ^^

Please refer to this for your answer.

Peaceful Farms usually only celebrates big holidays that are popular all over different countries to be more inclusive.
Celebrating this day would mean we'd need to celebrate other day/s etc which would just mean more time, more effort, more struggle and less
updates. I love the idea of it; however, it just wouldn't work as of now.

    Many thanks for suggesting.
