This was actually mentioned to me by another person, Demetri. Though I really like the idea, I'm not exactly sure how doable this would be. When right clicking a cosmetic on an item frame, instead of unlocking the cosmetic it should be able to be placed inside the item frame. And honestly, same goes for if you're putting it into a chest. I can't tell you how many times I go to put a tag I don't care to unlock into a chest to sell later and I accidentally unlock it and can't sell it any more. This is also a fun idea for people's flex walls, as they can show off the cosmetics they have easier.
Ideally, you can like... Shift + Right Click so that it doesn't redeem (if you don't have it already. I don't show off things I don't have claimed) and just puts it in the item frame. Trying to make a room to show stuff related to the past bundles and crates, this gave me a bitta trouble.
