A rank I purchased on the accounts "jaredfice" now changed to "jerry123453" is missing. I still have the perms but i am missing the prefix
Do you know which rank it was you lost (Apprentice, Hero, Ultimate)? Also if you are using any tags it will get rid of the rank suffix. If you are talking about an in game rank with a prefix such as "prestige+" from /rankup then you might be on the wrong server or the server you were on might have reset since you last played. Potato reset in 2021 July 10th and Carrot on 2020 July 10th.
It appears you have your rank you most likely need to reset your suffix. try setting a new tag or resetting it in /tags. Default & Hero
