So a couple of days ago I ranked up to GrowGod, and my prefix ingame is still GrowKing. I spent the money and it was taken off my balance and in /ranks it says that GrowKing to GrowGod is completed but I still show up as GrowKing. Foor proof, I have a screenshot of /ranks and one from chat just a few minutes ago.
I have been dealing with the same issue. I am not a grow master and my prefix still says Jr Farmer/ Farmer. This issue started with me after the 2018 PF reset.
Go report that on discord, a staff is usually active on there and they can help you more. Only Admins(or maybe the Developer) are able to help you because they have access to ranks and bugs that are affects the server or players.
