You know those annoying tags added to items bought from /shop? yeah those things. We should get rid of them. They don't allow you to shift click items in the recipe book. Which is honestly really frustrating when crafting large amounts of certain items. It also cant be used with features of various mods like litematica. Such as litematica's easy place mode(not printer mode) which makes building so much easier. However because of the tags on shop blocks it doesn't recognize it as the correct block and wont let you place it.
Hiya, So these tags were added bc players would buy from shop and then sell things from shop on /ah for more and not to mention other issues we had with players doing cheaty things with the items from shop. So, sorry to inform you but those tags are not being removed.
We may remove them in the near future if the new auction house plugin planned has support for this kinda thing.
yes, yes we do. we also use shop blocks for builds with litematica, litematica gives us the option to just middle click the block and it'll automatically go into our hand if we have it. it doesnt work becuase of the /shop item lore
You would be surprised at the random shit we buy from shop. Especially all of the fellow mapart builders.
The tags seem to bring more hassle than they're worth. It happens quite often that someone will try to make a PF hopper with /shop hoppers and get confused on why it's not working. If the issue is that people may sell /shop items on /ah, I would rather just have /ah removed until the auction house update as it is not very useful with it's 100k price cap.
