Sometimes when harvesting a manual farm that needs replanting (carrot, potato), it's very easy to accidentally hit the replanted crop and have to manually replant (frustrating to me because then the crop has to grow all the way instead of the stage it's already in when auto-replanted). I think adding another 0.2 - 0.4 second additional delay will significantly decrease the number of times players will accidentally hit replanted crops. Unfortunately the replanting ability you are talking about is controlled by McMMO and as far as I know there is no way to configure the delay. There is a slight workaround to avoid hitting the replanted crops, this is to change the angle of your view such that you do not interact with those plants as they have a lower hit box area. The only crop that I remember this slight view adjustment not working on is nether warts.
