So the staff assistance channel in the discord is for players to ask for help compared to using the forums. A while ago the channel was set to where players can post but nobody is allowed to view the message history. Apparently on mobile phones you can see anything said there, which deletes the feeling of security and the drama prevention of being able to view people's staff assistance posts. I feel like because of this, staff assistance should be viewable for everyone or it should be removed entirely. It isnt fair for some people to see the messages and some to not. ( talking about normal players, non staff )
