Hi I’m not sure if this is the right section, but I seem to be having an issue connecting to the server, it gives me an error that I need to disconnect from a proxy internet connection to be able to connect, however I’m not connected to any proxy server. Is there any way I can have our external IP address whitelisted? I can provide identification if necessary Thank you
