A member on Discord brought this bug up and nobody ever got around to looking into it. So I did some testing of my own. I've only tested this with the Ultimate Axe, I don't have time right now to test the other tools but will update this when I do. And I have no desire to test this with crate or crafted tools. So basically the Ultimate Axe you can't repair in an anvil. It gives you the message "You cannot rename this item!" but still takes whatever level of XP it requires. Again, this is only the Ultimate Axe tested, I will test the others and update this post when I do test the other tools. Posting last picture for lore and NBT tags
