It's actually impossible to get a bunch of the templates from the 1.20 update. Not all structures were generated in the new world border. And there is no strongholds, so that template can never generate. The general Netherite Upgrade is also hard to find with how the nether is generated on the server and with the horrible visuals in the nether. (Why is the server nether so freaking foggy??!!) There is just no way anymore to get more netherite items without the template.
I would like to say a couple of things. The templates are sold in player warps on potato and if you are on carrot, the server is due to reset in the summer or autumn so they won't be added. There are multiple strongholds on both servers. If the nether is foggy that is your settings, also render distance on the server is set to 7 to decrease lag.
